…We rocked again at Churchill Downs today with 5 out of 9 winners. Showed a small profit but nothing to crow about. But still better than a loss. Tomorrow is my 59th Birthday, so we had better do much better than we did today.

…Turned in a great strike rate today at Monmouth park. Hit 5 out of 8 winners in our top 2. Added 2 more winners in our top three selections. Mid week racing can be full of sad poor animals that simply are there to fill out race cards it seems. But still the winners are [...]
…Back on the trail toward some winners hopefully at Monmouth Park. This is a tough track as the horse flesh that runs here is not balanced in their ability across the board. Not easy sorting out the good horses from the not so good looking but ready to run seriously.

…Finished with another profitable day at Mountaineer. Hit 6 winners out of 9 races and 2nd in two other races. A nice return on investment from this track.
